2027 Insurance Learnership

Our client in the insurance sector is looking for motivated learners to join their 2027 Learnership Programme.

The opportunity is open to learners currently completing Grade 12 in 2026, as well as individuals who matriculated in previous years. The 12-month programme combines classroom-based learning with practical workplace experience, giving learners an opportunity to develop professional and insurance-related skills.

Learners will attend classes and complete relevant training and assessments, with the opportunity to obtain insurance-related certificates by the end of the learnership.

Responsibilities

• Assist with general administration and documentation.
• Capture and maintain accurate data and records.
• Support basic reporting and research.
• Assist with client and team queries.
• Attend scheduled classroom-based training and complete required assessments.
• Gain practical workplace experience within the insurance sector.
• Participate in workplace training and development activities.
• Apply knowledge gained through training in a professional work environment.

Requirements

• Grade 12 / Matric qualification.
• Current Grade 12 learners completing Matric in 2026 may apply.
• Individuals who matriculated in previous years may also apply.
• Pure Mathematics – minimum 50%.
• English – minimum 50%.
• Good communication and basic computer skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
• Ability to attend both classroom training and workplace activities.
• No previous work experience required.
